Paradise Nails at 32880 Pacific Coast Highway #35, Dana Point, California.

Walked in as they were setting up to open and asked if they had availabilities to get 2 pedicures and was told yes. I asked of they needed a few more minutes to get ready and the lady thanked me and said yes please so I told her I would run and grab a coffee and come back. Return only to be told they don't have any room and I need to wait because someone made an appointment even though I was told they'd hold our spots until we returned.
Sorry but you've lost my business for good after that. It's not ok yo tell someone they'll keep room for you and then give away your spots like that.
