    I trained at this school as an out of town visitor and was made to feel completely at home. The instruction was solid, the students inviting and the mat was clean. Great place to train.

    I can't say enough about this amazing program! My 6 year old daughter has been training here for about 6 months and loves it more every day. She has become stronger both mentally and physically. Coach Fernando and Diogo are incredibly patient, attentive and FUN! The children are taught the importance of respect and hard work. We absolutely love it and HIGHLY recommend their youth program.

    I had a horrible experience with the main professor Fernando, he was a complete A** and insulted a friend of mine in front of a full class and even began threatening him to the point he never came back. Felipe and Flavio are amazing but Fernando horrible
