We live in Escondido, in the San Diego area, but had gone to Dana Point to look at purchasing a used vehicle from a private party. I just happened to call Tom, the owner, by chance in looking for a mechanic near where we were buying the car to ck it out before we bought it. He was kind enough to look the car over as well as one of his mechanics, and did not charge us anything! I was amazed and appreciated his opinion. In addition to the generosity of his time to look at the car, he also noticed it needed new windshield wipers as it was cloudy out and may have rained on our way home so we asked if we could purchase a pair from him, and he put them on for free at no charge. Tom and his crew really my wife and my day with their pure friendliness and generosity! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest evaluation and/or repair of their car. Great experience, great customer service!

Took my Passat here to get new brakes. Tom was super friendly and stayed in touch on what the issues were, the cost of the repair and when my car would be ready. All techs were really polite and friendly. I'm happy to have found a good repair shop close to home that does quality work for a reasonable price.
